ONLINE SHOPPING

All AU online orders over $150 ship for free by standard mail. For online returns because you changed your mind, you have 30 days.

Our normal policy for returns will be followed for returns made online. Items that are being returned must be brand new and have all their tags still on. Please note that you will have to pay for everything you send back.

We're sorry, but once an online order has been placed, we can't cancel it or change it in any way. Changes can include, but are not limited to, changing the shipping address, changing colours or sizes, adding, or removing items, applying discounts, and cancelling the whole order.

Auspost standard mail service, packages arrive in about 10 to 14 business days.

Yes, we ship all over the world!

We use the Australia Post International Registered Post service to send our packages. All orders from New Zealand are charged a flat rate of $9.95. We expect big delays in international shipping because there isn't enough room for air freight and the government is putting restrictions on it. We are working hard to get it done, but there may still be problems with the service. Please expect a long delay. During the pandemic, it may not be possible to get a signature upon delivery.

We use the Australia Post International Registered Post service to send our packages. Please give us 5–10 business days to get the package to you. International postage is hard to figure out right now because different countries have different rules and situations change every day. On all international orders, we charge a flat rate of $25.00.

If you ship a package outside of Australia, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs, handling fees, and local sales taxes that the country you are shipping to charges. When your order arrives, you will need to pay these amounts before customs will let you get it.

"If you order more than one item, your order may come in more than one package. This is because we might not have all the items in one place, or we might not be able to fit them all in one package. Please keep in mind that one tracking number could be for more than one item. When you click on the tracking link, you will see a drop box or an arrow that lets you switch from "Item 1 of 2" to "Item 2 of 2" and see tracking information for that item.
